We have extensive experience in servicing and repairing GDI injectors, we always recommend having this done as part of a servicing schedule or before any tuning or engine rebuilding, you can either send us the injectors or book the vehicle in directly to us.
What Does the Service Comprise of

Checking for an equal, balanced flow, spray pattern and to see if they are leaking. -

Ultra sonic cleaning. This removes the build-up of carbon within the injector. This builds up over time will reduce flow and alter the all-important spray pattern of your injector. The effects this will have on your car are a loss in performance, reduction in fuel economy, misfires and in the worst of cases engine damage. -

After the above has been carried out we then/inspected the improvement in flow and if there was any leaking or altered spray pattern, that had been corrected. You will be given a report on each injector tested, and our team will advise if a replacement is recommended.
Additional Services
We would also recommend carrying out Carbon clean, Due the the fuelling design on the TFSI moving to direct injection meant the intake valves are no longer cleaned as fuel passes through the intake.
